HAMILTON BOWLING CLUB OPENING 2025
The Opening for season 2025/26 took place on Wednesday 9th April 2025.
After the official Opening the first jack was thrown by Billy Thomson, Husband of Club President Lillian Thomson. Member Archie Syme indicated that the club was now open for play by raising our Club Flag.
The weather was great, the best dry warm weather for an opening in many years.
Members were invited to participate in a Promiscuous mixed game which was played in the spirit of the game in friendliness and fellowship. After a few ends of bowls everyone retreated to the clubhouse where they patook of an excellent Buffet Meal provided by Linda Sneddon followed by a few refreshments.
Overall it was a great opening, everything went off smoothly. A huge thanks to everyone who assisted in making this an opening to remember.

Following on from the Club opening we now look forward to some good weather and a few ends of bowls.

Friday 25th April will be 'Ladies Invitation Fellowship'

Sunday 27th April we will host an 'OPEN DAY' between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
Everyone irrespective of Age or Gender is welcome to come along and try Bowls at no cost and without obligation. If interested we have some fantastic deals on offer from
